أي مستخدم يختار ربط حسابه مع نشاطاتنا التجارية:
يتم ذلك بإرادته الكاملة والمسؤولة وحده
التداول يتم فقط على حساباتنا الشخصية والخاصة
أي انعكاس على حسابه هو آلي وتقني بالكامل وليس إدارة
نحن لا ندير أو نتحكم في حسابه بأي شكل
نحن لا نملك أي حقوق سحب أو إيداع أو تنفيذ صفقات على حسابه
المستخدم يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة والمطلقة عن تفعيل أو استمرار أو إيقاف الربط في أي وقت
رابعًا: نفي إدارة الأموال بالكامل
نحن ننفي صراحة وبشكل مطلق أي تفسير أو ادعاء بأننا ندير أو نحتفظ أو نوظف أموال أي مستخدم.

خامسًا: المخاطر والمسؤولية الكاملة
التداول في الأسواق المالية ينطوي على مخاطر عالية جدًا، بما في ذلك، دون حصر:

يقتصر نشاط الكيانات المذكورة أعلاه على التداول في الأسواق المالية من خلال حساباتها الشخصية والخاصة فقط، ولا تمارس أي من الأنشطة التالية تحت أي ظرف:

توظيف أموال
تقديم استشارات استثمارية شخصية
العمل كوسيط مالي
تقديم ضمانات ربح أو نتائج مستقبلية

ثالثًا: التداول والربط عبر أنظمة النسخ
في حال قيام المستخدم بربط حسابه عبر أي من الأنظمة التالية:

فإن هذا الربط يتم بناءً على قرار المستخدم وحده، وبموافقته الصريحة والمسبقة، ويُقر المستخدم بما يلي:

أن ما ينعكس على حسابه هو نتيجة تقنية آلية لهذا التداول
أننا لا ندير حسابه إدارة مستقلة أو مباشرة
أننا لا نمتلك أي صلاحيات للسحب أو الإيداع
أننا لا نتحكم في إعدادات حسابه أو رأس ماله
ويظل للمستخدم الحق الكامل في إيقاف الربط في أي وقت، ويتحمل وحده كامل المسؤولية عن نتائج هذا الربط.
رابعًا: نفي إدارة الأموال وتوظيفها
نؤكد تأكيدًا قاطعًا أننا لا نستلم أموالًا من المستخدمين، ولا نحتفظ بها، ولا نديرها، ولا نوظفها، ولا نطلب أي تحويلات مالية، ولا نتحكم في أموال الغير بأي صورة من الصور.

سادسًا: الوسطاء والمسؤولية التنظيمية
نظرًا للطبيعة العالمية للمستخدمين، فإن الوسطاء الذين يتم التداول من خلالهم هم وسطاء دوليون. ويقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده مسؤولية التحقق من:

شروط التداول
وجود صندوق تعويض أو آلية فض نزاعات
ويُعد اختيار الوسيط قرارًا شخصيًا بحتًا، ولا نُلزم أي مستخدم بالتعامل مع وسيط معين. وأي نزاع ينشأ يكون بين المستخدم والوسيط فقط، دون أدنى مسؤولية علينا.
سابعًا: النطاق الجغرافي والتنظيمي
هذا الموقع غير موجه للاستخدام في أي دولة تحظر أو تجرم التداول أو تفرض متطلبات تنظيمية غير متوفرة لدينا. ويتحمل المستخدم وحده مسؤولية التأكد من توافق استخدامه للموقع مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولته.
